Our Services.
Therapeutic Massage
This is our standard and most recommended service! Recommended for pretty much everyone, these treatments are great for those looking for general maintenance, pain management, muscular tension, injury treatment, or stress management. Pressure will vary based on the therapist, and your preferences! Techniques will also vary based on your therapist- have a look at our therapist bios for more information.
Depending on your comfort level these sessions are usually performed with you unclothed, underneath the table sheets, and with the use of a massage lotion/gel. Your comfort level will be discussed prior to the treatment starting.
Therapeutic Relaxation Massage
If you’re looking more specifically for more relaxing work, or know that you like a lighter touch, this is for you!
Choose this service for custom bodywork focused on relaxing + calming the nervous system by way of more soothing techniques and gentler pressure than is typically used in our Therapeutic Massage service.
Please note that we are located in a gym and some background noise is unavoidable. If you would like to book outside of group-class time, when the gym will likely be a bit quieter- see the gym class schedule here. But if you are looking for a tranquil spa-like experience, we may not be there place for you :)
Sports Massage
One of the biggest differences in these treatments is that unlike our other massage offerings, our sports massage treatments are performed with clothing on, allowing for a dynamic approach that incorporates joint mobilizations, assisted stretching, and focused muscle work. Sports massage is a targeted, often movement-based treatment designed to support athletic performance, aid recovery, and address pain or injury concerns.
These sessions are ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone experiencing movement restrictions, muscular tension, or pain. Whether you're recovering from an intense workout, managing a chronic issue, or looking to improve mobility, sports massage can help enhance function and prevent future discomfort.

Massage + Add-Ons
This is the right choice for you if you’d like to add one of our other specialty services to your treatment. Here are the add-ons we offer:
Cupping: uses suction to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Particularly good for those who have tight fascia. This can be done dynamically- with the cups moving around- or statically- with the cups stationary- stationary cups may lead to those famous Michael Phelps “octopus” marks!
Acupuncture/Electro-acupuncture: uses needles to stimulate specific points to reduce pain, support healing, and optimize movement. Particularly useful for tendonitis, or nerve pain.
Gua-Sha: a manual scraping technique that helps release fascia, reduce stiffness, and promote blood flow.
