How does it work?
Our Health Behaviour Coaching is offered online. Click the link below to book an intake appointment with your practitioner. In the intake session, you’ll work with your coach to uncover where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go. This session lays the foundation for the work, ensuring you and your coach have a clear understanding of your journey and the direction you want to take. Then, you and your coach will make a plan for number and frequency of future sessions, to give you the support you are looking for.
