Charlotte utilizes her background in science and movement in her massage practice. Her expertise lies in identifying myofascial causes of pain and developing personalized treatment plans to help alleviate discomfort and restore function.

Skya is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy, and is excited to begin offering massage therapy in the gym where she has been a member for two years.
She believes in the benefits of massage therapy as an integral part of a holistic approach to health and well-being. By using fluid and rhythmic techniques of Swedish massage, Skya assists the body in slowing down and letting go of the fast-paced city vibe - making way for deeper relaxation and restoration. Skya is able to work with clients with multiple needs, and helps to develop individualised care routines to promote long term physical health.
Being born and bred in West-End Toronto, Skya fully enjoys the Junction community and all that it has to offer. When she is not in her role as massage therapist, she can be found using the gym for her own personal well-being, or riding her bike in all seasons across the city. Skya’s keen interest in muscle movement and strength training guide her approach to sports injury care, physical health and stress relief within her practice.

Billy does Swedish relaxation massage as well as clothes-on sports massage in his practice, taking a biomechanical approach to treatment. Billy obtained his diploma in massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan College.
After herniating a disk at the age of 22, Billy realized the importance of receiving treatment, and learning how to treat yourself. He struggled for years until he learned the tools to relieve his own pain, and how to train his body to prevent future re-injury.
Through the use of joint mobilizations, fascial work and muscle-energy techniques, Billy targets the body’s nervous system to achieve the best outcomes. Using muscle testing to identify areas that need attention, he then treats the tissues and re-tests to confirm the intervention has been effective. Billy's goal is to get all muscles and joints working optimally to achieve stability, mobility and ability.
